for you, these are the stages you might expect: |

An
initial meeting to see the garden and develop a brief which reflects
your wishes with respect to the use, style and maintenance of the
garden. A checklist will be sent to you prior to this meeting to help
focus your thoughts.
Following this meetings a detailed quotation will be sent to identify
the stages to be undertaken and their cost. Payment is required at the
end of each stage. If you accept the quotation, some or all of the
following stages will follow:-

Stage 2.Survey, Layout Plan and
Report.
|
|
 |
The survey provides detailed
measurements, horticultural and structural details of the site. Using
this information together with the brief, a scaled drawing or layout
plan is developed identifying the hard and soft landscaping areas and
the materials to be used. This visual specification is supported by a
report.
